It's extremely evident game after game for the past few weeks, but Slafkovsky seems to have "turned the corner," as Martin St-Louis would say.
He is already increasingly establishing himself as a force on the club's first line.

One of the names of the hour in the NHL currently, among the young players, is the 2nd overall pick of the Los Angeles Kings in 2020 Quinton Byfield.
He is becoming a star player in the league at just 21 years old, accumulating 23 points in 29 games this season. (8 goals)
He is a winger of 6 feet 4 inches and 225 pounds, almost identical to Slafkovsky.
