It took a lot longer than expected due to heavy congestion at the NHL's trade registration centre, but the National Hockey League has finally confirmed it.
Brett Kulak has been traded from the Habs to the Oilers. Here's the deal that was announced earlier today:
To Montreal: 2022 conditional second-round pick and William Lagesson
Finally, surprise! The Oilers also added a seventh-round pick in 2024.
We'll take it, as the other guy would say!
So in the end, Montreal gets Brett Kulak:
- William Lagesson
- A second round pick in 2022 (which may become a second round pick in 2023)
- A seventh round pick in 2024
Would you give Kent Hughes a 10/10 for this trade?
