Nothing is getting better between the Sabres and Jack Eichel

The Jack Eichel file is starting to weigh heavily in the hockey world... It's really dragging on and nothing seems to indicate that the two clans will make peace, on the opposite. Here is what Elliotte Friedman had to say about this thorny issue: "Both sides are trying to stay quiet, but the message is that there is no resolution in sight!"
Remember that Eichel fired his former agents before hiring the best and most recognized in the business, Pat Brisson. Eichel wants to get things moving as he wants to go under the knife before the beginning of the regular schedule. His surgery will make him miss more or less four months of activities, which is huge. It's hard to understand why Jack Eichel is still a member of the Sabres at this time.
He wants to leave, that's clear. Let Kevyn Adams get his fingers out of his nose and calm down his demands to get his captain back. The worst part is that he will have to do that since he is currently in an impasse. He could go back to contacting the general managers who contacted him about Jack Eichel. He will certainly announce that his demands are lower than before.
Despite this stormy episode, Eichel remains one of the National Hockey League's top raw talents, having scored 355 goals in 375 NHL games to date. I'd like to take this opportunity to point out that his average salary is $10 million until 2026.
