Patrick Roy explodes with rage, it degenerates and the images are all over the web

During last night's Quebec Remparts game, head coach and general manager Patrick Roy became extremely upset.

He was furious with Shawinigan Cataractes head coach Daniel Renaud, and directly accused him of instructing his players to hit (with their sticks) their opponents.

Roy climbed up on the glass and had a lot to say to his Shawinigan counterpart and the officials.

After the game, the confrontation continued during a press conference:

"I hope the league will investigate. Seeing a coach hiding behind his players, asking them to slash harder, has no place in our league. We heard him giving these instructions to the players. It tarnishes the image of our league." - Patrick Roy

To which Renaud responded:

"He [Patrick Roy] must have very, very good ears. Considering the two glass panels that separate the two benches, no sound passes from one side to the other. Zero. I don't hear anything that happens on the opposing bench, and it's impossible for anyone to hear any comment coming from our bench. It's impossible. Anyway, it's not true."
