Peter DeBoer does not seem comfortable with his current formation

The Vegas Golden Knights are, let's face it, very magantic. The Nevada squad has a few notable absentees, including Mark Stone, Max Pacioretty, William Karlsson, Nolan Patrick and newcomer Jack Eichel.
Let's just say that with these numerous absentees, the Golden Knights lack a bit of "punch" on offense. We can even see Nicolas Roy on the first line with Reilly Smith and Jonathan Marchessault.
Here is the complete lineup for tonight:
Clearly, there is a lack of depth on offense, but it's not disgusting. Their defense is excellent though, with Theodore, Pietrangelo, Hague and Martinez.
Vegas head coach Peter DeBoer is starting to look forward to getting his misfits back in the game. He mentioned that he's been in a similar situation with the Florida Panthers before, not having star players in his lineup.
That's a realistic statement, but somewhat false in my opinion. Shea Theodore and Alex Pietrangelo are impact players in my opinion. Not every team can have two of the best defensemen in the league on the same roster. Maybe he was just mentioning his forward group, certainly, he absolutely has to believe in his troops, if he wants to be successful. He seemed slightly desperate.
The Vegas Golden Knights are currently 23rd overall in the NHL. Injuries have not helped their cause, but REAL teams always find a way to win games. It all starts with the faith of the head coach.
