Joel Edmundson was not at practice with his teammates this morning, which raised a ton of questions. Another step backwards in his rehab? The answer is YES! Let's stop being nebulous and tell the truth, even though Dominique Ducharme indicated that he needed a rest following the last trip.
Ducharme confirmed that Edmundson has been suffering from a back injury since the beginning of the season. He has or will have to meet with the doctors again in order to take steps to resume full contact in practice in the next few days. Oh yeah? Let's hope it happens!
Do I need to remind you that his case has been nebulous since the opening of the season? At first, we were talking about ten days... Two weeks ago they said he would be back with his teammates, which was pushed back a bit, then when he came back, he left just as quickly (absent this morning).
The worst part of all this is that the Montreal Canadiens need his services and leadership so badly!
