We told you about it a few minutes ago, it is one of the news of the day in Montreal.
After scaring fans and teammates, after having to go back to see the doctor who operated on him in New York, Carey Price was finally back at the Montreal Canadiens' regular practice today, against all expectations.
All indications are that he received excellent news from his surgeon. We just learned that there is more.
Not only is Carey able to participate in regular practices and not only will he be in uniform tonight, but he will be the starting goaltender!
This is what Martin St-Louis just announced and confirmed.
The verdict is in: Carey gets the start tonight. This is obviously great news and Price will be able to attack the off-season with much more optimism.
The chances that he will be 100% for the beginning of the next training camp seem excellent.
