It's a file that continues to draw attention, as Montreal Canadiens' Quebec forward Jonathan Drouin unfortunately (again) seriously injured his wrist and his season could be over.
Remember that TVA Sports initially reported that Drouin would need major surgery on his wrist and that his season was over.
Finally, in the last few hours, Habs GM Kent Hughes made an important clarification and mentioned what the real next step is for Drouin.
Chantal Machabée told us about it on the weekend, but it is confirmed. Jonathan will get a second medical opinion on his wrist. (before immediately moving on to surgery)
He should have the results this week and so, we will know this week if his season is really over or not.
Let's remember that Jonathan Drouin's name was again placed on the team's injury list at the end of last week (even though he had just left the team and was back in action for only a few games). What bad luck!
He is currently at home, due to a close contact with a positive COVID case. Are you hoping to see #92 back in uniform this season?
