In the last few minutes of the Montreal Canadiens vs New York Islanders game, live from Long Island, we witnessed a strange scene.
Several fans on social media have called it out.
Granted, it's far from being the controversy of the year, but take a look at the Islanders fans' reaction when young Joel Teasdale took his famous rookie lap:
Some are calling it a lack of class towards a player who is living his dream.
Honestly, I find it difficult to take a stance on this, so I'll let you form your own opinion.
Let's just mention that it's very rare to see a player get booed during a victory lap like this.
