Kaiden Guhle, who was expected to be out indefinitely due to an appendectomy and was at risk of missing the start of the season, is already back on the ice!
He skated solo in Brossard just a few minutes ago, which is obviously fantastic news.

It didn't take too long after all. Less than seven days after the Canadiens' announcement, Guhle is already back on skates.
An official update from the Montreal Canadiens regarding Kaiden Guhle should be released any minute now.
Aside from Rafaël Harvey-Pinard, we can still hope to see a 100% healthy team at the start of the 2024-2025 season.
Let's hope it stays that way!
At 22 years old, Kaiden Guhle is a 6-foot-3, 201-pound defenseman.
He was the 16th overall pick by the Montreal Canadiens in 2020 and collected 22 points in 70 games last season (40 points in 114 career NHL games).
He is currently in the final year of his entry-level contract, worth $863,334, and after that, he will earn $5.55 million per year until 2031.
If he's indeed ready for the first game of the regular season, it will be a huge boost for Martin St-Louis' squad, as Guhle is excellent on the top defensive pair alongside Mike Matheson.
