Canadiens Hold Important Press Conference Ahead of Capitals Game With Two Players Absent
The Montreal Canadiens are currently in Washington, preparing for tonight's game against the Capitals and Alex Ovechkin.
We are still waiting on Martin St-Louis' final lineup, as two key players are absent (as you know).
Patrik Laine and David Savard did not travel to Washington.
The prolonged absence of Laine is starting to worry some people:
In short, to address these issues and confirm their replacements, note that the Canadiens have called a press conference scheduled for noon.

Head coach Martin St-Louis will answer journalists' questions.
«Martin St-Louis and selected players will answer media questions around noon.

It is expected that Jayden Struble and Michael Pezzetta will be inserted into the lineup to replace Savard and Laine, respectively.
As for Pezzetta, even if he's likely to make the lineup, don't expect to see him on the ice very often.
In three games replacing Laine so far, the physical forward has played 3 minutes 58 seconds, 4 minutes 32 seconds, and 5 minutes 49 seconds per game.
In Struble's case, we're looking at 10 minutes 27 seconds, 10 minutes, and nearly 14 minutes (also in three games).
Jakub Dobes will be in net for the Canadiens.
