We were eagerly waiting for updates on Josh Anderson and Kaiden Guhle this morning from the Montreal Canadiens.

Recall that both missed yesterday's practice to receive treatment. They are clearly dealing with discomfort, but the extent is unknown.

We may have just received an answer.

As reported by TVA Sports journalist Renaud Lavoie, there's good news and less good news today, live from the Bell Centre, ahead of the game against the Winnipeg Jets.

Kaiden Guhle is back on the ice today, but not Josh Anderson

See Renaud's confirmation.

This will be a situation to monitor leading up to tonight's game against the Winnipeg Jets.

We remind you that Rafaël Harvey-Pinard, who appears to have been called up a few days ago "just in case," has still not been sent back to https://www.rocketlaval.com/en/.

Anderson, 30 years old, has 18 points in 49 games this season, including 8 goals. The 6-foot-3, 226-pound forward is having his best season in quite some time in Montreal.

He is crucial to the team's success, especially during this thrilling playoff race in the National Hockey League.

Guhle, 23 years old, has 14 points in 43 games this season, including 4 goals. The 6-foot-3, 202-pound defenseman is a major pillar for Martin St. Louis' defensive lineup and continues to develop at lightning speed.

Stay tuned for updates in the coming hours.
