Jake Allen's wife pours her heart out following the trade, and she showed how much they loved the Canadiens
We can never say enough about how extraordinary Jake Allen has been for the Montreal Canadiens.
He has always been more than an exemplary teammate, always said and did the right things, and repeatedly expressed how happy he was to be here.
Clearly, his wife felt the same way.
Shannon Allen is extremely nostalgic about leaving Montreal
Indeed, an emotional Shannon Allen stormed social media this morning just to thank Montreal.
The Allen family adored Montreal (which is not the case for all the wives of the Canadiens' players), so we just wanted to thank them for their involvement and sincerely wish them the best of luck in New Jersey.
Let's not forget that Jake Allen certainly contributed to Samuel Montembeault's huge progression and he leaves a great legacy to the organization.
Mrs. Allen's official post is private, but just know that she wrote you a beautiful "Thank you Montreal!" with a magnificent photo.
Continued success to Jake, Shannon, and the kids! A wonderful young family!
