Magical scene involving St-Louis and he makes an unexpected gesture
Last night, very few experts were predicting a win for Martin St-Louis and the Canadiens against Nathan MacKinnon's Colorado Avalanche.
However, his players responded in a masterful way.
Juraj Slafkovsky, Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, Samuel Montembeault, Alex Newhook, Joel Armia, David Savard, and even Brendan Gallagher had an absolutely fantastic game against one of the best teams in the world.
Martin St-Louis's team won with a score of 2-1, thus ending the Avalanche's very long winning streak, and at the press conference after the game, the head coach was quite proud.
He even made a rather unexpected move by quickly ending his post-game press conference, with the cooperation of the journalists, to quickly go back to see his players and colleagues in the locker room.
Clearly, it was a special evening for the organization and for him personally.
Moreover, see the magical scene at the Canadiens' bench following the victory:
We love it! It's hard not to be moved by such a scene!
