Montreal Canadiens forward Patrik Laine has just shown up to watch his team's practice in Brossard.
It's really great to see him!

Laine continues to show how committed he is to the Montreal Canadiens, despite the challenges and obstacles he's facing.

We are still awaiting news regarding the exact length of Patrik Laine's absence (as well as David Reinbacher's), but it's clear the organization is preparing for the worst.
It would have been so easy for him to take the day off today, considering the difficult circumstances, but he still made sure to be present this morning in Brossard.
That says a lot about him.
Let's remember that Patrik Laine, 26 years old, played only 18 games last season with the Columbus Blue Jackets (6 goals and 3 assists).
He was acquired by Kent Hughes this past August 19th, along with a second-round draft pick, in exchange for young defenseman Jordan Harris.
