Rare Photo of Ivan Demidov and His Girlfriend Hits Social Media Today

I believe it's obvious, but Ivan Demidov could truly be the next face of the Montreal Canadiens organization.

It's hard not to set expectations too high, but he really seems to have the potential to become a franchise player here.

The young man is truly special.

According to scout Craig Button, he is simply the best prospect in the world belonging to an NHL team.

The 19-year-old broke the KHL record for the most points in a season by a player under age 20 on Tuesday, bringing his totals on the season to 19 goals and 44 points in 52 games. He broke the previous record held by Minnesota Wild superstar Kirill Kaprizov, who had 42 points in 49 games in 2017.

In short, he is truly special, and soon, his name will be on everyone's lips in Montreal and across Quebec.

But when he arrives here, Demidov won't be alone. He has a beautiful girlfriend named Ekaterina, and the two make a stunning couple.
