Renaud Lavoie Reveals Patrik Laine Could Return to the Game in Two Weeks if All Goes Well
In the last few minutes, during the broadcast of the game between the Canadiens and the Maple Leafs, Renaud Lavoie spoke about Patrik Laine.
And he made an important statement.
According to what he just mentioned, Laine could be back in the game by the end of November!
This would obviously be a high-quality reinforcement for Martin St-Louis' lineup and, especially, reinforcement arriving much sooner than expected.
A Return to Play in Two Weeks for Patrik Laine
Renaud mentioned that Laine could indeed be back in the game by the end of the month, if all goes well.
The last words of his statement are, of course, very important, but still, this is an extremely positive update for Habs fans.
«Renaud Lavoie just reported on TVA Sports that Patrik Laine resumed skating on Thursday, and if all goes well, he emphasized this heavily, he could be back by the end of the month.»
- Costa Rontzocos
Let's also recall that, earlier today, we reported that Laine was officially back on the ice.
He skated in Brossard this Saturday, but according to what Renaud Lavoie mentioned in the same report, Laine has been back on the ice since Thursday!
His return-to-play process is progressing very well, and his recovery seems to be happening at a rapid pace.
Laine obviously needs to take his time to avoid rushing back too quickly, but all this remains extremely exciting and encouraging.
Details to follow.
