As we reported earlier today, a major news broke in the NHL as the Ottawa Senators fired their head coach DJ Smith.
Jacques Martin is taking over for the time being, but the Patrick Roy fever is really being felt.
On Twitter, Patrick Roy's name was the #1 trend in Canada this afternoon, and it's coming from everywhere:
So, this will be a file to watch closely over the next few days, but many really think that Roy would be the ideal candidate for the Sens.
