After Bill Daly and the NHL's major announcement regarding upcoming new expansions, the return of the Quebec Nordiques is starting to stir up some talk again

Let's recall that, in an interview with the renowned Elliotte Friedman, Gary Bettman's right-hand man mentioned the following:

«Bill Daly was very interesting when talking about expansions. It's coming-and the union believes it too-but he was careful not to commit too much.»

He was cautious not to give a timeline, but «it's coming.» Let's just say that says a lot already.

That said, TVA Sports just added fuel to the fire.

It's getting hard to keep hope alive, but if the NHL increases to 36 clubs (as some rumors suggest), I don't see how Gary Bettman and Bill Daly can find four other better cities than Quebec.

I'm not the only one who thinks so.
