The Sharks make an announcement regarding Mike Hoffman, and it's very bad news for him
While he had surprisingly started the season on the 1st line for the San Jose Sharks, former Montreal Canadiens forward Mike Hoffman has already been moved.
San Jose's head coach clearly saw what Martin St-Louis and CH fans saw throughout the last season.
See the new Sharks' lines.
"Duclair-Hertl-Barabanov
Zadina-Bordeleau-Labanc
Smith-Sturm-Zetterlund
Hoffman-Kunin-Eklund"
The last two lines are fluid.
In short, as was the case for most of last season in Montreal, Hoffman is back in the "bottom-6" with his new team.
Hoffman, 33, has recorded one point in three games this season with the Sharks.
Of course, we should remember he moved from the Canadiens to the Sharks in a three-team deal last August. He's earning $4.5 million this season.
