We just learned what's happening with Alex Ovechkin: it's sad
While his Washington Capitals are trailing 2-0 to the New York Rangers in the first round of the NHL playoffs, some are criticizing Alex Ovechkin.
It's unfair, because the Rangers are clearly more complete and more talented overall, but some journalists are pointing the finger at Ovechkin for his team's failures.

It's sad, but for the first time in his career, Ovechkin seems to have lost confidence.
At least, that's what came out in yesterday's post-game press conference.
The rookie coach of the Capitals, Carbery, outright stated that Alex Ovechkin is struggling right now, which is huge considering he mentioned it publicly.
It's bold, coming from the young head coach of the Caps!

The next game will be played Friday night at 7 p.m., live from Washington.
The Capitals will try to win their first game in this best-of-seven series, and Ovechkin's team will try to turn things around after a good start to the game yesterday.
It must not be forgotten, but Alex Ovechkin can change a series very quickly, and he can definitely still make a difference!
Ovechkin, 38 years old, has accumulated 65 points, including 31 goals, in 79 games this season.
