Last minute announcement regarding Connor Bedard and the verdict has been announced

In the past few hours and about two weeks before the famous 2023 National Hockey League lottery, the verdict has just been announced for Connor Bedard.
"Connor Bedard will not participate in the upcoming ice hockey world championships," reported Jeff Marek.
It's official!
It would have been nice to see him in action, but we can also understand. Bedard is now turning his attention to the 2023 National Hockey League lottery and draft.
We can't wait to see what's next.

Bedard, 17, collected 143 points (71 goals) in 57 games this season, in addition to 100 points in 62 games last season.
