The General Manager of the Montreal Canadiens, Kent Hughes, has already announced his intentions regarding his 5th overall pick.
In a press conference immediately after the NHL lottery, where he received the 5th overall pick, Hughes announced that they are likely to draft a forward. Wow!

It will certainly be interesting to watch, but it's clear that the names Cayden Lindstrom, Berkly Catton, Tij Iginla, and possibly also Ivan Demidov and Cole Eiserman will be on everyone's lips in Montreal in the coming weeks.
It's known that Kent Hughes has a liking for Demidov, but it will take a little miracle to get him. The answer in June!
Demidov has amassed 23 goals and 37 assists (60 points) in only 30 games in his native country, while Nikita Kucherov had recorded 58, but in 41 games.
