After the strange update that the Montreal Canadiens gave us about Kirby Dach earlier this week, there is now something new.
As a reminder. See the most recent news we had:
There's news
Last night, along with announcing that Arber Xhekaj's season is unfortunately over:
The CH also announced this, about Kirby Dach:
"Kirby Dach will not make the trip to California. He will be out indefinitely with a lower body injury."
- Montreal Canadiens
So now we're talking about a lower body injury, but more importantly, we're talking about an indeterminate absence for Kirby Dach.
That doesn't bode well, and so Dach will be out of the game until further notice.
According to reports, we unfortunately can't expect to see him back in uniform anytime soon.
What bad luck! This is the worst case scenario for fans right now. (not to mention the news about Xhekaj)
Dach, 22 years old, has 35 points in 54 games this season.
More details to follow.
