In the last few seconds, the Montreal Canadiens organization made a very sad announcement.
We have just learned a very bad news concerning Arber Xhekaj.
Arber Xhekaj will undergo surgery on his right shoulder next week, which will put an end to his season. The surgery will be performed in Denver by physician Dr. Peter J. Millett."

Xhekaj, 22, finished his rookie season with 13 points (5 goals) in 51 games. He also received 101 penalty minutes.
