Last minute announcement for Patrick Roy and it's not looking good

During the last few minutes in a press conference, New York Islanders head coach Patrick Roy announced changes.

As his team trails 0-2 in the first round series against the Carolina Hurricanes, and as they prepare to play game number 3 at home, Roy revealed his official lineup.

He will face Frederik Andersen.

Finally, Roy also announced some bad news regarding his forward Matt Martin, who is at risk of missing tonight's game.

Varlamov, 35, has a record of 14-8-4 this season, with a goals-against average of 2.60 and a save percentage of 0.918.

He allowed two goals on 25 shots (23/25) in game one of the current series against the Hurricanes, and he conceded four goals on 38 shots (34/38) in game two.

Sorokin, 28, has a record of 25-19-12 this season, with a goals-against average of 2.98 and a save percentage of 0.910. Last year in the playoffs, he was spectacular in goal for the Islanders (0.930 save percentage).
