Trade Alert Between the Flyers and Hurricanes Involving Three Pieces
In the last few minutes, it was announced that the Philadelphia Flyers have completed a trade with the Carolina Hurricanes.
The Canes acquire forward David Kase from the Flyers, in exchange for prospect Massimo Rizzo and a 5th round pick in 2024.
Kase, 26 years old, is a Czech forward who amassed 14 points in 25 games at home last season. He also played over 110 games in the AHL (51 points).
Rizzo, 22 years old, is a Canadian forward who put together a very solid 46 points in 38 games in the NCAA last season. He is ready to make the jump to the professionals, and he seems to have potential.
