Massive Trade Proposal Involving Juraj Slafkovsky Suggested by Canadiens Analyst Martin Lemay
We had a day full of stories about the Montreal Canadiens today. One of the big news pieces came from NHL Network insider Kevin Weekes, who confirmed that Kent Hughes is interested in acquiring Buffalo Sabres' young center Dylan Cozens via trade.
Kevin Weekes has announced that the Canadiens are working on a trade involving young Cozens. As you can imagine, this sparked a lot of discussion today, particularly on BPM Sports.

Cozens, 23 years old, is a 6-foot-3, 207-pound center.
He was the 7th overall pick by the Buffalo Sabres in 2019 (1st round).
Over the past three seasons, he has recorded 68 points in 81 games, including 31 goals, 47 points in 79 games, and 26 points in 53 games.
He is signed for $7.1 million per year until 2030.
Personally, I wouldn't trade Juraj Slafkovsky, but I would absolutely be interested in acquiring Dylan Cozens nonetheless.
