Trade Rumor: Flyers' exact asking price for their goalie revealed to Kent Hughes
Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet has just revealed the exact price demanded by Daniel Brière and the Philadelphia Flyers in exchange for their goaltender Alexei Kolosov.

Let's remember that the young 22-year-old goaltender refused to attend the Flyers' rookie camp, and it is expected that he will not be present at the regular camp this week in Philadelphia.
It feels like a trade request is imminent for Kolosov, if it hasn't already happened.
A situation similar to the one involving goaltender Yaroslav Askarov, but the Flyers are asking for a second-round pick for Alexei Kolosov
As a reminder, Askarov was traded by the Nashville Predators on August 23, and he is now with the San Jose Sharks.

Additionally, the acquisition price is much lower.
Askarov would likely have cost the Canadiens a first-round pick, plus Cayden Primeau and a young player like Owen Beck, whereas Kolosov would only cost a second-round pick.
This is a name to keep an eye on, especially if the Habs no longer believe in Cayden Primeau.
Alexei Kolosov, only 22 years old, is a 6-foot, 185-pound goaltender. He was selected 78th overall by the Flyers in 2021 (third round) and is signed in the NHL until 2026.
He played two games in the American Hockey League last season after two full seasons as the starting goaltender for Dynamo Minsk in the KHL.
