After about 45 false alarms, is this time finally the right one?

In short, after many NHL players have expressed their frustration and dissatisfaction with the Arizona Coyotes, we just learned (thanks to Frank Seravalli) that Gary Bettman will make a major announcement regarding the future of the franchise.
"Gary Bettman stated that we will have an announcement about the future of the Coyotes in a few weeks. Sources claim that it could happen as early as this weekend.

What's on the table? Three options, say DailyFaceoff sources."

- Frank Seravalli

According to the well-known informant, here are the three options:
1- Find a site to build a new arena right now in Arizona (seems unlikely).
2- Sell the team to someone who will find a way to keep the franchise in Arizona.
3- Relocate the organization to Quebec or Salt Lake City.
And Seravalli believes an announcement will be made as early as this weekend, which is obviously causing a lot of buzz.
Our prediction? The Coyotes will move, but to Salt Lake City.
In any case, it's exciting to see that things are finally moving in this matter and that we might finally have an answer very soon.
The timing would be good for a commissioner who wants to make his league known for something other than a certain scandal involving a national junior team.
And you, what is your prediction?
