The Montreal Canadiens announced late this morning that Mike Hoffman would be back in uniform tonight against the Nashville Predators.
But Hoffman, during his press conference, did not seem to know about the situation, that is to say his return to the lineup.
By the way, Hoffman said the injury he suffered in Detroit was completely different from the one that kept him out at the beginning of the season.
That said, Hoffman has seven points, including four goals, in 13 games. Four of his goals were scored on the power play, proving that he is playing his role perfectly.
In short, Dominique Ducharme also confirmed that Jake Allen would be in the lineup and that Mattias Norlinder would be in uniform. Oh yeah, and Tyler Toffoli will be fit to play, which is still great news.
In short, if Toffoli and Norlinder are dressed, that means Laurent Dauphin and Corey Schueneman will be out of the lineup.
