Alex Belzile returns to Montreal, having just been recalled by the organization. He is ahead of Ryan Poehling, Jean-Sebastien Dea and Rafael Harvey-Pinard, but their turn will come. We need reinforcements with the injury of Brendan Gallagher and the suspension of Cedric Paquette.
On Monday, Marc Bergevin sent the prodigy Caufield to Laval to recall Michael Pezzetta. With the arrival of these two players (Belzile and Pezzetta), the Montreal Canadiens will have quality sandpaper. A facet that is sorely lacking in the team since the departure of Corey Perry and the absence of Shea Weber and Joel Edmundson.
Honestly, Belzile was the man to bring back, especially with Jonathan Drouin filling a hole on the center line. If that hadn't been the case, maybe Bergevin would have brought back the center, who knows?
