According to serious information circulating, former Montreal Canadiens' Andrei Markov is on the verge of announcing a big piece of news about his coaching career.
"According to certain information, Andrei Markov would join Igor Larionov's coaching team with Torpedo."
Let's remember that Markov was recently let go from HC Spartak Moscow, of the KHL. This news would therefore be huge for his coaching career which, as we know, is really important to him.
Markov, 44 years old, has played 990 career games in the NHL, all with the Montreal Canadiens, and he has amassed 572 points (32 points in 89 playoff games).
More details will follow.
