Last Monday, Kevin Poulin tasted his first moments as a member of the Montreal Canadiens. The Quebecer was thrown into the fray against the Toronto Maple Leafs last Monday in the second half of the game. Poulin made a monumental mistake in his first moments in front of the net.
As a result, Poulin was applauded by his own fans after every routine save he made. A total lack of respect for an individual who has worked hard since his arrival in the pros.
Probably Kevin Poulin was nervous to play his first game at the Bell Center, in front of his fans, which is totally legitimate.
Poulin broke his silence for the first time since the incident. The Quebecer reacted like a true professional to the situation. He did not seem bitter, but rather surprised.
