He's finally getting more and more attention, but Montreal Canadiens prospect Sean Farrell is really showing that he's an extremely promising player.
At the same age, he has production comparable to players like Cole Caufield and Trevor Zegras (in the NCAA), which is no small feat.
Farrell, a CH fourth round pick in 2020, is really becoming a steal of the draft and already has the value of a first round pick.
Announcement regarding Farrell
In the last few minutes, the Harvard University hockey team announced that Farrell has just been named the ECAC's All-Conference Forward of the Week, a fully deserved honor.
Farrell, 21, had two more strong games (including a five-point game) to finish his week with 7 points, including 2 goals, in two games.
This season he has 41 points, including 14 goals, in just 24 games.
Remember that according to serious rumours, Farrell will play games for the Montreal Canadiens this season, and he should sign his entry-level contract (with the CH) immediately after his season at Harvard is over.
This is the scenario that happened with Jordan Harris last season.
