Last-minute concerning statement from the Canadiens about Logan Mailloux
In a press conference over the last few minutes, the general manager of the Montreal Canadiens, Kent Hughes, provided an update on the Logan Mailloux situation, and it doesn't look good.
After all these weeks, Gary Bettman still hasn't made his decision regarding Logan Mailloux.
"General Manager Kent Hughes says the team has still not received a response from the NHL regarding Commissioner Gary Bettman's meeting with Logan Mailloux..." - Priyanta Emrith
This means that, unfortunately, contrary to what many thought, it wasn't just a simple formality and there's still a real chance that young Logan Mailloux won't even have the right to play in the NHL next season.
Opinions are divided, to say the least.
