We have just received rare news from the Montreal Canadiens, and it is a beautiful official statement regarding the excellent defenseman David Savard.
It is a great publication for the underappreciated hero of the organization.
As mentioned by the Canadiens, the winner of the Jacques Beauchamp Molson Trophy has played a key role with the Canadiens this season, and he should not be forgotten.
He really brings a lot to this team.
A comprehensive and very interesting report, including testimonials from former teammates and current teammates of Savard.
"David Savard brings several intangible factors to this young Canadiens team," posted the Montreal Canadiens.
Savard, 32 years old, has collected 20 points in 62 games this season. He is under contract until 2025, with a very reasonable salary of $3.5 million per year.
Congratulations to Savard for the season and thank you for the great job done.
