The Pittsburgh Penguins and Sidney Crosby were playing the Washington Capitals on Sunday, which resulted in a difficult 6-1 loss for the Pens.

During this duel between two clans that have developed a great rivalry since the arrival of Crosby and Alex Ovechkin, the "Tsar" collected two assists. Crosby concluded the game with a minus-1 differential and a bold gesture.

The #87 made a dangerous move out of frustration as he propelled defenseman Martin Fehervary into the boards. He threw the defender like a wrestler propels his opponent into the ropes.

Here is the sequence in question:

What's worse is that Crosby received no penalty for this move, which certainly deserved a two-minute lockup. If Tom Wilson had committed this kind of foul, Twitter would have exploded on Sunday night!

In my humble opinion, this action deserves at least a slap on the wrist, or a fine. The "Kid" was only playing his 2nd game of the season plus he had to deal with COVID-19.

At the end of the day, you have to take into account that the stars have a very special status in this league since they sell a ton of tickets.
