The NHL and the NHLPA have just decided, jointly, to postpone all games between Canadian teams and American teams. So the Montreal Canadiens will have to postpone the three games they had this week: Monday (Islanders), Wednesday (Rangers) and Thursday (Devils).
So, unfortunately, the fans of the Blue-White-Red will be deprived of their favorites before Christmas since the NHL is in break on December 24, 25 and 26.
It should be noted that nearly 15% of the players and coaches are on the COVID-19 protocol instituted by the NHL. Moreover, five teams, including the Boston Bruins, are on a complete break.
In short, despite all this, everyone wants to continue the season after the holiday break since the symptoms, thanks to the vaccines, are not as strong as before.
