We talked about it in the last few days, the general manager of the Montreal Canadiens, Kent Hughes, had announced an interesting press conference on Monday.
Finally, the organization announced, at the last minute, that the famous press conference was postponed to Wednesday (tomorrow). That was enough for many speculations to start circulating on social networks.
We finally have more details.
First, Kent Hughes is indeed on the phone to try to conclude a trade, but we do not know more.
Second, as the excellent Priyanta Emrith reports, the conference will indeed take place tomorrow:
"The Habs will have an early practice at 10:30 a.m. ET at the Bell Centre tomorrow (Wednesday) before the season opener against Toronto.
General manager Kent Hughes will then speak with the media at approximately 12 p.m. ET."
It will be really interesting to watch and it will be an important media availability, especially knowing that Kent Hughes is likely to be very transparent once again and teach us some good ones.
Not to be missed, starting at 12:00 pm, we'll keep you posted!
