On Thursday, Hockey Canada unveiled its leadership group for the upcoming World Hockey Championships to be held this year in Finland.
Senators defenseman Thomas Chabot will wear the C on his jersey. He will be assisted by Pierre-Luc Dubois, Adam Lowry, Damon Severson and Habs forward Josh Anderson.
Canada's tournament will begin this Friday when they face Germany in the curtain raiser. Claude Julien's team defeated the United States 4-3 in a shootout in Helsinki on Wednesday.
Josh Anderson had a successful pre-season game with two points, including a goal.
