Big Change: new announcement from the Canadiens about Lane Hutson
The Montreal Canadiens have just released a new official statement on Lane Hutson, just a few hours after his signing.
The small defenseman seems to have changed his mind about his number, and he will finally wear number 48!

Hutson, 20 years old, 62nd overall pick in 2022 (second round), scored 49 points in 38 games this season at Boston University, including 15 goals.
Last season, he had amassed 48 points in 39 games at Boston University, including 15 goals.
It is of course a reminder that he finally signed his three-year NHL entry-level contract with the Montreal Canadiens today.
