Reaves was quite vocal in the media before the game, saying he would get revenge on Arber Xhekaj, but he didn't follow through at all. Far from it.

«He's scared of him! After what Xhekaj did to the Maple Leafs in the last game, Reaves had to respond! Xhekaj was ready for him and was even expecting a fight yesterday. He even gave him two cross-checks, stepped back waiting for him to drop the gloves, but Reaves wanted nothing to do with fighting him....»

A specific video clip was even targeted.

When Ryan Reaves is scared of Arber Xhekaj, it shows that the young player is very tough and highly respected.

He has also scored 63 goals and recorded 72 assists, totaling 135 points.
