According to what the CH's game commentator on 98.5FM reported, St-Louis surprised his men in Colorado. When the group returned to the hotel, the coach was in the lobby waiting for his players, and it seems that the moment was emotionally charged:

Also, a very emotional hug between him and Kent Hughes. It was a beautiful moment.
