Terrible news for Brendan Gallagher: official statement from the Montreal Canadiens
As we reported last week, Montreal Canadiens forward Brendan Gallagher has recently received some terrible news.
And he needs us!
Brendan Gallagher and his family are indeed currently going through tough times.
His mother, Della, is currently fighting brain cancer. In fact, she has been troubled specifically by glioblastoma for the past two summers.
We're talking about a serious tumor that multiplies very quickly and is extremely unpredictable.
It's heartbreaking to read, but that's their sad reality at the moment.

Now that this news is public, the Canadiens organization has indeed issued a statement for those who would like to contribute.
