A Flyers player is told that he is being traded to the Leafs and his reaction is magical
It is well known that many players experience immense stress during the trade deadline. Several hear their names in rumors but simply do not want to leave the team they play for. For them, every call or text message they receive on that day is torture.
Philadelphia Flyers forward Scott Laughton experienced this kind of stress last Friday. The difference is that everyone saw his reaction while he was live and participating in the famous "Nasty Knuckles" podcast.
It all happened when the podcast guys decided to play a prank on the Ontario forward. They interrupted the broadcast to announce to Laughton that he had been traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs. The player's reaction was magical as he immediately pulled out his cellphone, searching for proof of his trade.
Aware of the torture the team was putting their guest through, it didn't take long before they announced that it was just a joke. You can see how active the player's thoughts were up until that point!
