A serious long-term injury is reportedly about to be announced for the Montreal Canadiens organization
We have had news of forward Lias Andersson in the last few hours, and the news is very bad.
«We are still waiting for an update on Lias Andersson's health status. We fear a long-term injury in his case. Jean-François Houle said that it's an old injury that has come back to haunt Andersson. It's a shame because he was off to a good start.»
Anthony Marcotte
It is indeed extremely unfortunate, because he was not only one of the pillars of the Laval Rocket, but also, he could certainly have come to help the CH eventually.
A case to follow for one of the best players in the organization who is not in the NHL.
Andersson, 25 years old, is a 7th overall pick (1st round) of 2017. He has 9 points, including 7 goals, in 10 games this season.
