Blood-curdling scene following a horrible hit by Mikey Eyssimont
We just witnessed an extremely disturbing scene during the game between the Capitals and the Lightning, involving Nick Jensen and Mikey Eyssimont.
Eyssimont, the same player who injured Arber Xhekaj, is currently being severely criticized on the web for his dangerous hit.
We sincerely send positive vibes to defensemen Nick Jensen, and we really hope that he comes out unscathed in the long term. That's really what's important.

We are waiting for official news regarding Jensen's health condition, but it was really not nice to see.
Jensen, 33 years old, is a right-handed defenseman who has accumulated 14 points in 77 games this season for the Caps. He plays nearly 20 minutes per game for them.
Over his NHL career, he has amassed 134 points in 561 games.
