We witnessed a sad scene this morning, live from the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, when a young Slovak athlete experienced a terrible moment.

Following her performance in the 200-meter individual medley event, the young Slovak Tamara Potocka collapsed as she exited the water.

At just 21 years old, she was immediately rushed to the hospital, and there was obviously shock at the Paris pool.

Potocka, who was competing against Canadian Summer McIntosh and finished in 7th place, "fell like a rock," according to reports from the TVA Sports website.
