Tragedy: sad announcement by PK Subban as he is mourning the loss of a close member

As reported by Samuel Doiron from HABSolumentFan, former Montreal Canadiens defenseman PK Subban has just posted a sad message.

He is mourning the loss of one of his young friends. A real tragedy.

Subban has made a mark on many Habs fans during and after his playing career, as he has always been so involved in the community.

One of these fans truly became close to PK. We're talking about young Loic here.

Loic was suffering from a rare form of genetic disease, having formed a very special and lasting bond over the years with Subban.

Unfortunately, Loic has passed away, and P.K. Subban published an emotional message

"We all have the opportunity to be the light in someone's life. Loïc and I were the light in each other's life. This is what I can share with all the children I meet. Loic will be missed but we will never forget him for his smile, his laughter, and his larger-than-life energy."

And every time Subban came to Montreal, he spent time with Loic. The two would take the time to have long talks and play video games.
